Substitution Policy

Freshness comes first. Because flower availability can vary by season and supply, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.

• We maintain the same style, theme, and color palette.
• Substitutions are always of equal or greater value.
• Keepsake items/containers may be substituted during major holidays due to demand.
• For single-flower designs (roses, orchids), we’ll match the type whenever possible—otherwise we may adjust the color or variety.
