Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to flower availability. Care is taken to maintain the
style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement using flowers of equal value.
Keepsake items may also be substituted during high-demand seasons (especially major holidays).
For single-flower arrangements (such as all roses or orchids), we will make every attempt to match
the flower type, but may substitute with another color when needed.
